Arutz Sheva Columnist Praises 400% Increase in Settlers During the Peace Process

On March 12, 2016 an Arutz Sheva columnist wrote a little article mentioning that the population of Israeli settlers in the West Bank has increased about 400% since the start of the Oslo peace process.
