PCG's recruitment radio show The Trumpet Hour's latest broadcast (April 22, 2016) featured the following.
Robert Morley and the McCarthyite Andrew Müller condemn Senator Bernie Sanders. Amazingly they do not seem to see the connection of the rise of Senator Sanders with the economic crisis of 2007-8. If they do see the link they did not talk about it in this broadcast.
Robert Morley and Brent Nagtegaal scare monger that Germany is trying to exert a military presence in the Middle East in Libya. This is to promote the induced phobia that Germany will soon conquer the United States.
More scare mongering about Iran from Brent Nagtegaal and Robert Morley. This time they exploit an article by Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif to keep their followers fearful of Iran. What will not be immediately apparent to those unfamiliar with Armstrongism is that Gerald Flurry proclaimed Iran to be the King of the South back in 1994. Consequently if there is peace between the United States and Iran this would discredit their claim that Gerald Flurry is guided by God. This causes PCG to loath any attempt to calm tensions with Iran.
They also mention Hamas' bombing of a public bus in which the bomber was killed and several innocent civilians were injured. PCG tells all who listen to them that there is no hope and no one can do anything to help solve this problem until Christ's return. If one wants to help work for peace in this troubled land they should be encouraged to do so. May peace soon come to the Holy Land.
Jeremiah Jacques also scare mongers that many Russians are nostalgic for the old Soviet Union and he accuses China of orchestrating the ruin of the farming industry of Australia and New Zealand.
More and more scare mongering to keep PCG members fearful of the world outside PCG. It is taught elsewhere by PCG that World War III will soon erupt and the only way to get protection is to join PCG and membership includes a ticket out of World War III by being sent to a place of safety on Earth during World War III. Price tag for these benefits include three tithes for the rest of one's life to be paid to PCG. There are other requirements as well.
