Is Gerald Flurry 'That Prophet'?

Exit and Support Network has mentioned this website which analyzes Gerald Flurry's claim to be 'That Prophet.'

  1. What happened to the warning against deception in the "latter days?"
Here comes Herbert Armstrong claiming it's the latter days, and that he's preaching something no one else has preached for 1,900 years, and people gush over the guy as if he's not meeting the qualifications of the prophecy regarding deception.
    I mean, just look at I TIM. 4: 1-4

"1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times [which HWA said had come] some will depart from the faith [he certainly was a departure], giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy [he taught the law, but only parts of it, and didn't practice what he preached], having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, 3 forbidding to marry [divorce and remarriage!!], and commanding to abstain from foods [meats laws] which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth."

Come on, how blind were we?

And now here come a herd of his cattle, spreading their bovine scatology everywhere they go, every last one of them claiming to be this or that important fulfillment of prophecy [false prophets], and people still can't seem to get enough of it.

    The mind boggles.
