The Nazis Falsely Accused the Jews of Plotting to Exterminate Germans

The Nazis committed genocide against the Jewish people. The Nazis' ceaseless persecution of the Jews gradually escalated culminating in a campaign of mass extermination against the Jews killing about six million Jews in Nazi occupied Europe during World War II.

And the Nazis did not just kill them but subjected the Jews to countless horrors, robbed them, insulted them and humiliated them. The Nazis even falsely accused the Jews of plotting to exterminate the (false so-called) "Aryan master race." Clearly the Nazis were projecting their own murderous hatred onto the victims.

The following book reveals this frightful aspect of Nazi ideology: The Jewish Enemy: Nazi Propaganda during World War II and the Holocaust by Jeffrey Herf.

Here is part of its preview:
The sheer magnitude of the Holocaust has commanded our attention for the past sixty years. The extent of atrocities, however, has overshadowed the calculus Nazis used to justify their deeds.
According to German wartime media, it was German citizens who were targeted for extinction by a vast international conspiracy. Leading the assault was an insidious, belligerent Jewish clique, so crafty and powerful that it managed to manipulate the actions of Roosevelt, Churchill, and Stalin. Hitler portrayed the Holocaust as a defensive act, a necessary move to destroy the Jews before they destroyed Germany.
The cruel and terrible crimes of the Nazis must never be forgotten.

  1. The really sad part of this is that unfortunately, the false accusations of an international Jewish conspiracy have made it into the present amongst modern paranoid conspiratorialists. Some of our former brethren have either bought into the lies, or are parroting them on various blogs for shock value.

And of course, there is no such thing as "selective" racism. The behavior pattern of invalidating or marginalizing another human purely on the basis of race is a pathology. Sooner or later, racists get around to everybody. White racists, as an example, might turn on the Irish, or Slavs if there are no Blacks, Hispanics, or Jews to pick on. When the redneck mob mentality really sets in, Seamus or Latka are no safer than poor DeShon, Felipe or Avram.

I've said this many times before, but to me the best thing that could happen to a racist would be if his son or daughter rebelled and married amongst the race that he cursed at the dinner table as they grew up.

  2. Byker Bob, My apologies for not responding sooner.

It is indeed most unfortunate that some of those who have been associated with the COGs have indeed come to embrace bizarre and paranoid views of holocaust denial.

And I could not agree more that racism is not fixed. You are so right that racists inevitably change who they hate and hate others as well. Racism can be dreadfully diverse and capricious.
