Previous Post Corrected

Had to rewrite a previous post due to new information. 

Since this post was first published it I have since learned that the problem of sexual harassment within the US military was mentioned in a little article in the August 2013 issue of PCG's recruitment magazine.

But that leads to the question of why this serious issue was not mentioned in PCG's December 17, 2015 article cited in the previous post.
