This is part of a decline in circulation that has been ongoing since the December 2012 issue (341,259).
Something is clearly going wrong. What are the leaders of PCG doing with the money from PCG members and co-workers? Why is it that nothing they have done have increased the circulation figures?
Here is when The Philadelphia Trumpet's circulation fell below 300,000 since the November 2003 issue.
- November-December 2006 till April 2007. (Four issues.)
- March 2008 till December 2010. (Twenty-eight issues.)
- May-June 2015 till September 2015. (Four issues and ongoing.)
- April 2008 till February 2009. (Nine issues.)
- April 2009 till September 2010. (Fourteen issues.)

At present it is not possible for me to know the circulation figures after this issue until the November 2003 issue. (August 1999-September-October 2003).
In the December 1999 issue Gerald Flurry boasts that the magazine had doubled its circulation in the last twelve months. This seems believable and to correlate with the figures presented here.
In the July-August 2000 issue of Royal Vision Gerald Flurry boasted that The Philadelphia Trumpet had a circulation over 300,000. He wrote that PCG's "Trumpet magazine has a circulation of more than 300,000" (p. 12).
